Our core markets we supply to within the Aviation industry include: Commercial Aviation & Ground Handling Aviation Support Services Airport Retail Airport Hospitality & Catering Freight & Logistics Due to exponential growth, we are now looking to increase our talented divisions with trainee Recruitment Consultants who have the ability to become tomorrow's leaders. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the growth of our existing client base and new business development. You will be responsible for the delivery of recruiting, matching, selling and placing candidates to new and existing clients. Key responsibilities include: Work on a pre existing accounts and establish client needs and develop new business and establish their specific needs. Undertake client visits to enhance professional business contacts. Use a wide range of professional selling skills to generate new revenues for the branch in order to match and place applicants into permanent/temporary placements. Act as the primary contact for clients in order to sell a wide range of consultative solutions in all areas within the professional recruitment services market. Promoting and marketing the services of Aviation Recruitment Network Limited to both prospective clients and candidates. Generate new business via networking, telesales and available social media tools. Undertake dedicated research and marketing activities in a search for new business opportunities and in order to increase revenue generation. To interview and select suitable applicants and organise interviews with clients. We are looking for confident sales professionals currently employed within a telesales, outbound sales, business to business sales, business development, field's sales, residential lettings or direct sales environment, who want to take the plunge into the highly rewarding multimillion pound industry that is recruitment. If you are this person then no recruitment experience is required for this role as full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be provided with the latest training and development delivered by some of the leading external suppliers of recruitment training within the industry. We also want to hear from junior consultants currently working in the recruitment industry looking to develop and enhance their career in an extremely rewarding and dynamic new environment. However you must have: Experience of working to targets in a sales driven environment. A proven track record in face to face sales, field sales, telesales or business development. Effective time management, planning and organisational skills. The ability to multi task and work to deadlines. A professional appearance A self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic approach to work. Competency in all aspects of IT. A Full, clean UK driving licence.
