Careermakers Recruitment Limited currently have a role available to run a Trades & Labour temporary recruitment desk in the Manchester. This will involve placing a range of construction Blue Collar workers on temporary assignments. The desk will involve working with a comprehensive range of regional and national building contractors that specialise in commercial, education, residential, health & leisure and industrial construction projects. The role will involve working with clients who are not yet our 'Key Accounts' so will give you the opportunity to develop your own client base. Responsibilities include: You will be responsible for: - identifying and developing existing and new client job opportunities developing the candidate database and generating of candidates managing clients and candidates through recruitment process from carrying out initial interview to job offer and placement negotiating rates and closing deals ensuring high standards of service delivery to company standards at all times Company Background Careermakers was voted 3rd Fastest Growing companies in the North West. Experience Required & Package This would suit a Recruitment Consultant with between 1- 3 years' experience or someone who comes from a construction background.
