Do you have 1-2 years’ experience in the recruitment industry working on a temps or trades and labour desk, looking for the next step to build your career? TDM is one of the leading property and construction recruitment specialists and are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Trades and Labour desk. You must have 12- 18 months minimum experience in a similar role, in either a resourcing or billing capacity. Ideally you will also have experience in construction recruitment or trades and labour recruitment. Our trades and labour desk sits alongside our construction team; a busy and well-known division. You will be recruiting for temporary and contract roles nationwide on a day rate basis, alongside some perm vacancies within the trades and labour sector, primarily for house-build organisation. TDM are on a number of nationwide PSL’s and are inundated with jobs to work on, for both Top 100 FTSE companies and smaller independent clients. Role Responsibilities • Supporting senior consultants within the team • 360 recruitment, client through to candidate management • Head hunting passive candidates on the market for specific roles Key Requirements • 12-18 months minimum relevant experience, able to demonstrate billing history OR experience in the construction or trades and labour sector. • Ambitious and driven, hungry to succeed in a money driven environment • Background of working towards targets We are located close to the centre of Faversham, 5 minutes’ walk from public transport links and have free parking.
