Job Description

Due to expansion Staffhire uk are looking to add 2 x Trades and Labour consultants to there new office in High Wycombe . Your role: You will be a key member of our Sales team, managing a full 360 degree recruitment role for our ever growing trades and labour desk . This is a highly responsible role with extensive computer, website (Job Boards) and database exposure. You will also be very active on email and telephone with candidates and clients at many different levels as well as constantly working closely with Internal resourcing teams. A 360 degree role involves Business Development, Account Management and delivery of quality trade and labour candidates to your clients with a quick turnaround. Your Day to day tasks: Using the telephones in a professional and clear manner, acting as an ambassador of our business. Taking full responsibility of your own desk, managing both the Business Development and Account Management duties of your current and prospective clients. Quick and efficient delivery of temporary trade and labour staff to fill your client vacancies. Constant use of Microsoft Office, and our internal System. Use of Job Boards, LinkedIn, online media, social media and general website research. You will be constantly communicating with your dedicated research team internally. Drive sales and margin in a competitive but achievable target driven environment. Your attributes : You will need to have a professional approach and capable of working in a team environment. You will need to show at least 1-2 years in temp recruitment as a Consultant . Temp recruitment experience from a Construction background of either Blue / White Collar . An outgoing individual with experience of working in a fast-paced office environment in a recruitment role. You must be able to have your own voice, initiatives and drive to fulfil all your client requirements whilst managing and enhancing ongoing relationships.
