Job Description

AKTON are at an exciting stage of growth and are currently looking for 4 Recruitment Consultants to manage identified markets within the industries which we are already well established, that being manufacturing and Construction. We are looking for tenacious people with a strong work ethic, the rest we can teach you. The successful candidate will start on a base salary of £18,500 + Commission and OTE for the first year is circa £40k, second year will be anything from £60k- £130k (uncapped) dependent upon your performance.
