Recruitment Consultant (Trainee) – 3-12 Months Rec Experience £20,000 - £23,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission Consultants with 3-12 months experience Waterloo, London Are you wanting a successful career in recruitment but your current agency shows no sign of progression / has a low commission structure / has poor management or training? Our client is a specialist recruitment agency working within the medical sector. They are based in London Waterloo and they are currently looking for a consultant / trainee to join their growing team. They are ideally looking for a someone who has perhaps taken a role at the wrong company but is certain that recruitment is the right career choice for them. They believe they can take your existing experience but provide you with the right training and tools to succeed. They are a current team of 10 looking to grow continually over the next few months. You will be joining a fun but mature team who have a grown-up approach to the day to day running of the business with no forced KPI’s and no pressure to work late. They instead focus on results and will equip you with everything you need to do so – as well as the added bonus of working a WARM market with a plethora of clients and candidates to work with from day one. The Role of Graduate Recruitment Consultant • Sourcing high level candidates through head-hunting, searching job-boards, Linkedin and other social media sites • Generating leads and sourcing new business • Pitching new clients to secure their business • Agreeing fees with the clients to create a good relationship from both ends • Attending client meetings to gain better understanding of requirements • Writing job adverts to attract the best talent • Relationship building with candidates and clients • Attending networking events • Working outside of standard 9-5 hours to reach those candidates who cannot speak during the day • Thinking outside the box to make yourself standout amongst your competitors!
