The recruitment consultant role: Recruitment is sales driven and involves building relationships with clients and candidates both over the phone and in person. Your Responsibilities * Following your initial training & development programme (tailored to you), you will begin to build your niche market and craft your skills as a Specialist IT Recruitment Consultant. * You will use your personality to build long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, whilst proving a bespoke and professional service * Using business development techniques, you will grow your impressive portfolio of clients, who will be eager to utilise your skills as a niche IT Recruitment Consultant * You will identify, approach and source potential candidates through a variety of attraction methods as part of the end-to-end recruitment cycle * You will act as the "go-to" in your business area, developing a specialist knowledge of your market What do you need? • For this position, previous sales experience is highly desirable (ideally 6 months experience in some form of sales environment) • You should have ability and drive to work to tough deadlines, negotiate sales and develop client relationships • You will be financially motivated & eager to build your own unique business within Reperio.
