Recruitment Consultant - Trainee About Us: We are a specialist IT Recruitment Consultancy with our office based in Belfast City Centre, however we focus on the IT market within the Republic of Ireland. With plans to open our new office in North Carolina (USA) this year, we will need ambitious individuals to join our team to further drive our success. Extensive training is provided in order to ensure each Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant is able to provide a high quality, specialist service specific to their own niche IT market within Reperio. With a potential first year OTE of £30,000+, second year OTE £40,000-£50,000 and third year OTE £(phone number removed)+. Fantastic social scene that caters to those who want the "work hard - play hard lifestyle" Discounts at selected shops The Role: You will build and develop your own niche IT Recruitment Desk, and in doing so, will begin by building a network of candidates, utilizing the sourcing expertise you'll gather from your training, and developing your relationships with these candidates. You will also be responsible for sourcing, targeting & developing your own portfolio of clients with whom you will place your candidates. Our Trainee IT Recruitment Consultant opportunity is sales driven and is not for the faint-hearted. It will require serious resilience, determination and an ability to build rapport. Although tough, our role is extremely rewarding, both financially & professionally. Successful consultants can look forward to a meritocratic organization who reward effort and positive results.
