Duties Following your initial two week induction training course, your duties as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant will include telephone sales to companies to win new business (finding vacancies to fill), sourcing and selecting candidates (database search, advertising, referrals), learning about your technical market, "mapping" the client base and following up leads, managing the recruitment process (interview, placements) and dealing with general queries relating to day to day business (contracts, pay, logistics etc…) Qualifications and Skills required * We're looking for ambitious individuals with a flair for sales. Recruitment Consultancy can be hard work and long hours, but for the right person the rewards and career development are phenomenal. * You will educated at least to A-Level with at least 12 months experience in hitting / exceeding targets in a sales role. * What's important is that you're a natural rapport builder and that you can build relationships at all levels.
