A little bit about us: We're a global recruitment firm, specialising in the IT, Tech, Engineering and Pharmaceutical Science sectors, placing contract and permanent staff in every corner of the world. Continuous year on year growth, huge expansion and internal progression opportunities have enabled our company to be able to grow organically and see all graduate consultants excel and develop within year 1. We have award-winning training and an organic growth model, with 90% of those at director level within the business having joined us as graduates. Earning potential is high - circa £45k in your first year however people have gone on to double that amount in under 9 months as we have uncapped commission and individual targets. £80 - 100k in your second year. What recruitment entails; You are essentially running your own business within a business, from generating leads and winning new clients, to finding great candidates and building your networks. It's a challenging and demanding role, but arguably one of the most rewarding. It involves: Business development - sourcing and contacting potential clients, introducing yourself and our brand, building excellent, lasting relationships Negotiating with both clients and candidates Headhunting - using job boards and social media to source high level candidates Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client's organisations Screening and shortlisting candidates qualified for clients to interview Organising the interview process from start to finish Prepping prospective candidates for interviews What we need from you? Graduate with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or previous sales/recruitment experience (desired, not required) Money motivation Confident personality The desire to build a career and excel in a meritocratic sales environment Hardworking with a competitive edge Excellent communication skills What we offer you; If you're relocating to London, we offer a generous relocation package of an extra £500 per month for your first 6 months of your move, on top of your basic, commission and deal bonuses The opportunity to work abroad - relocation package applies here too!
