THE OPPORTUNITY Working alongside one of our highly experienced members of the team, we are looking for a sales driven individual to be employee number 1 in our new US venture. Working from our Birmingham city centre office for the rest of 2019, you will build new candidate and client relationships within the US Energy & Utilities market, building on current links into the industry, with a view to moving to Boston in Jan/ Feb 2020. You need to be proactive, driven and resilient as it won’t come easily however both the career and earning opportunities are HUGE as has been demonstrated in the UK. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We have found that a lot of what we are looking for is based around personality traits and attitude. We don't expect people joining us to be experts in the industry (though an awareness would be very useful) but we do need: * A successful sales background – as a future leader of the business you need to set best practice from day 1 * A great attitude - someone that is driven, determined and willing to go the extra mile for clients * A strong work ethic – standard hours will be 12-8pm to reflect US hours so you must be willing to do this * A strong communicator, able to build rapport from scratch * A demonstrable ability to build relationships with c-suite executives * A view of the long term - we act as a consultancy first and foremost and aim to build long lasting relationships with clients * Real personality - we're looking for positive people with the confidence to bring their personality to the fore WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU * Unparalleled career progression – joining at this stage of the company’s development means no glass ceilings in regard to progression whether that be Principal Consultant or Team Manager role * Brilliant earning potential – uncapped commission of 20-30% of billings * Chance to move to the US!
