Future Personnel began two years ago with just two people and a brand new empty office. Two years later and it’s a whole different story with the company growing from strength to strength and a bustling busy office every day, winning over our competitors and bringing on new business daily! We like to call ourselves the dream team, and guess what; we are looking for an additional member to our dream team. Based in our newly refurbished Croydon 2-storey office, you’ll be sharing the space with our parent company Future Education so there’s a sociable feel to the office with lots of fun incentives and competitions internally. There’s a dedicated admin team to assist you too, so you can focus on filling roles and making money. So what will an average day look like for you? You'd be completing daily tasks such as: * Following the full 360 recruitment cycle, end to end filling permanent or temporary Office Support vacancies * Generating new business - through cold calling, following up leads and candidate leads * Meeting prospective clients and taking job briefings * Sourcing new candidates. * Meeting and screening prospective candidates. * Attending recruitment fairs and going out for the occasional Friday drink in the office! What we are looking for: We are seeking a candidate with proven experience running a successful desk, preferably within the commercial sector with a minimum of 12 months experience within the recruitment industry. You will be a driver and live within a commutable distance of Croydon and most importantly you will be driven, enthusiastic and passionate about what you do – like we are! What we can offer in return: A WARM DESK, with billings clients on covering the Surrey area. This desk almost won the European incentive we have just run.
