Our client within the Welfare to work sector are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join an exceptional team of people with a remarkable passion to make a difference. Based in a Cardiff City Centre on a 35 hour working week my client is looking for some not necessarily from a Welfare to Work background, but has a passion for working with people and a proven sales background. Some of the duties would include: * Working with a case load of candidate to progress into employment * Working to monthly targets inline with contract * Build relationships with local employers to gain vacancies * Ensure all compliance is adhered to for audit purposes These are the standard job terms however various flexible working options will be considered should they meet the needs of the business. Examples could include job share, part time, annualised hours, compressed hours, term time working, flexible shifts and home working.
