Do you have recruitment experience? Are you a proven recruitment consultant looking to start, or build on a career in the financially rewarding WBL sector? My client, a leading UK training provider, are looking for 2 Recruitment Consultants in the West Yorkshire area to work regionally, recruiting and sourcing the best talent across the WBL sector. The role is to engage new employers to take Apprentices into their business, typically within the SME market. Once an opportunity has been opened, the Recruitment Consultant will work with the Learner Engagement Support Team to source, screen and supply a candidate for interview and to secure an Apprenticeship position. This is a proactive role and you will be responsible for identifying and gaining new clients /accounts across multiple sectors. You will develop relationships with employers and learners to achieve your monthly targets and key performance indicators. Main aims of the role: * Develop a talent pool of candidates and work to place them appropriately within employer network. * Prepare candidates for interview, going through interview preparation and interview techniques. * Responsible for placing the right candidates with the right employers, to ensure high levels of success and retention. * Manage data entry of CRM, internal software systems, Caseload Management and MI Reports * Provide daily report of performance to Recruitment Team Leader * Ensure all individual KPIs and objectives are achieved * Engage in a blend of hot/warm/cold calling to engage prospective apprentices using a variety of channels daily. * Responsible for visiting employers and conducting Health & Safety vetting of potential premises. * Responsible for ensuring prospective apprentices are eligible for funded programmes and suitable for employment * Maintain and grow a pipeline of vacancies, to place predominantly, 16-18 year olds in apprenticeships * Maintain the relationship between employers within pipeline * Establish interviews for apprentices with employers via a matching service * Complete all paperwork to compliance standards for each apprenticeship start * Work within the team to achieve team targets and share best practice In return you will receive: Salary of £22,000 - increasing to £23,500 after probation A competitive uncapped commission scheme 25 + Bank holidays 15% annual bonus If you are interested, or would like more information on the role, please contact Ryan on or (Apply online only) To apply for this position, candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
