Job Description

Construction Recruitment Consultant - Manchester Sadly we are losing one of our top performing construction recruitment consultants to go travelling at Christmas… However "as one door closes, another one opens" which gives someone the opportunity for another construction recruitment specialist to join us on a very warm desk. As a construction recruitment consultant at Search, you'll be managing a loyal client base that includes some of the North West's top construction companies where you are guaranteed a strong pipeline of jobs for the next couple of years at least and beyond. Search is the UK's 2nd top recruitment agency as judged by Sunday Times Top 100 and we are one of a handful of organisations to have been awarded Platinum Investors in People. We have an exceptional training division which, along with a senior management team with a combined 40+ years in the construction recruitment business, means that we can help springboard your career forward in whichever direction you wish to take it. Plus, if you need some support, it's there for you. We offer a very lucrative bonus scheme which pays out above industry norms, plus a company car or car allowance. With the pipeline of work we have, we'd be expecting you to bill in excess of £200,000 in your first year and for that, you would be rewarded very well. Genuine warm desks do not come along very often. One of our values is "Open & Honest" and so you can take our word for it. If you are Passionate and Driven (another value!) as well as knowledgeable in the construction recruitment market, please apply today and let's have a chat in confidence. What are you waiting for? Search is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
