Job Description

The Role:  Working from home  Canvassing for new business opportunities through cold-calling  Sourcing candidates through advertising, headhunting, networking and referrals  Selling candidates to clients and clients; opportunities to candidates  Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates  Telephone interviewing candidates  Collecting all relevant information from client/candidate  Completing necessary paperwork Requirements:  Must have laptop (or desktop PC) mobile phone & internet access  Have the ability to win new business.  Good Written and verbal skill  Track record of success in sales  Previous 360 recruitment sales : 1 year  Experience in construction sector Offer:  Save approx. 10hours of travel time a week  Work from the comfort of your home  Be you own boss  Quarterly incentives (designer goods, holidays, gadgets)  Support with admin, invoicing, credit control, contracts, timesheet submission, insurance policies, VAT, accounts, payroll, CIS, HMRC affairs etc  We will support ambitious consultants to build a team below or around them.  You will receive all materials needed, introduction letter, applications, pre-screening, medical questionnaire, personnel file check, reference checks etc.  Territory exclusivity available after qualifying period
