Minerva Appointments is an REC registered, niche Recruitment Consultancy based in Leeds specialising in providing permanent and temporary recruitment services to the “Technical” professions allied to the Construction Industry.
Concentrating on the Yorkshire and Northern regions the core disciplines we focus on include:
• Building Services (HVAC and Electrical) Design and Contracting
• Building Surveying
• Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy
• Cost Consultancy/Quantity Surveying
• Project Management
• CDM/Health and Safety
Based out of attractive offices, with easy access to the City and motorway network, we are looking to appoint Recruitment Consultants to manage already established divisions servicing the recruitment needs of reputable organisations throughout the region.
In this customer facing role you will establish mutually beneficial business relationships with Clients looking to recruit additional staff and with Candidates who are seeking their next permanent career move or contract/temporary assignment.
You will be joining a friendly office and be supported by an experienced team who all started with the business new to the profession and have grown into specialists in their own sectors.

While sales is a major part of the recruitment role, we are primarily interested in you and your ability to build relationships, show a genuine interest in our Clients businesses and careers as well as your own motivation to be successful.
Already in the recruitment sector you might currently be working for a large organisation which is constantly pushing increased targets and KPI's and would prefer an environment in which you can manage and shape a business based on quality not quantity.
Alternatively, you might be trying to enter into the recruitment sector and whilst having a sales background are finding opportunities difficult to find as companies are looking for previous experience.
