Five Recruitment Consultants Required TLTP Education and TLTP Medical has been operation in the recruitment sector for nearly 13 years and is currently recruiting Education and Medical Recruitment Consultants. TLTP are considered to be one, or if not the best, with good opportunities and very low staff turnover TLTP is one of the leading Independent Recruitment consultancies in London, with over 40 staff. You will have a successful sales or recruitment background and be keen to cross train in to the education recruitment sector. TLTP have had a remarkable track record of training staff - a very low turnover of staff with every Recruitment Consultant over 2 years experience earning of at least £60k (in addition to at least 28 days holiday per annum including bank holidays). The role of our Recruitment Consultants require a mixture of new business calling, meeting customers, advertising positions, interviewing candidates, placing candidates against opportunities, arranging interviews, contract negotiation and on-going customer service with both the school and the teacher. Our Recruitment Consultants meet all candidates and schools face to face, our safeguarding compliance record is outstanding, and our approach is based on honesty and quality. At TLTP it is a work hard, play hard KPI driven environment – Our people typically work 50 hours a week. This role is NOT for everybody, it is NOT a lifestyle opportunity.
