Do you have recruitment experience? Do you need total flexibility and a better work/life balance? Charteris Global Search are looking for recruiters to join all our brands who are interested in launching themselves as self-employed, with the full support of our established recruitment consultancy business. You will run your own recruitment desk. You can do this from our office, your home, a coffee shop, where ever you like! We’re totally open to discussion and, you can work the hours to suit you. We will help you to set up, offer our full support, coaching and training, ensuring your success. You will earn a salary from the commission you make on your own placements. Your commission will be an extremely generous percentage of the value of each of your placement invoices. Our support will include: CRM & ATS Software Marketing Support Administrative Support Accountancy Support Job board Access Vacancies (if Account Manager) Business Landline Number Business Hours reception/answering service Established social media channels LinkedIn Premium Account Coaching/Training Established Recruitment website, with personalised consultant profile Support on visits Business Stationery Office space if needed, with a small friendly recruitment team + Free Parking Example: Here at Charteris our Consultants bill approximately £10K each a month, assuming you do the same you, will take home £4,250.00 each month. A salary of £51,000.00 per annum. You will pay your own tax, N.I and phone bill, as your accountant will advise you, most of your expenses can be claimed back against your earnings, so it’s a very cost-effective way to do things. You will be working under The Charteris brand, we want you to feel part of the team and we would expect you to report in to us on your activities, successes, failures and general progress. We will of course offer ongoing coaching and training where needed. If you are an experienced recruiter, looking to use your experience to earn an uncapped salary with the full support of an established business but without the constraints of permanent employment, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
