More Driver Solutions are a well-established recruitment business specialising in the logistics industry. The company is expanding and looking to start a commercial desk to run alongside their large existing temporary desk. You will work as part of a growing team and be given full support and flexibility to grow the desk. Your role will involve: • Matching candidates and clients • The full 360 recruitment life cycle from resourcing and registering candidates to placing with prospective clients. • Developing relationships with existing and new clients and candidates • Candidate attraction using social media and other avenues to attract candidates • Placing job adverts and managing job boards • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract new business from companies • Headhunting potential and approaching suitable candidates • Building a candidate database • Building a client data base • Receive and review applications • Preparing C.V’s before they are send to the end client • Manage interviews and compliance criteria being signed off • Referencing and suitability checks • Briefing the candidates on the job positon/task/salary etc • Coaching the candidate through the interview process with the client • Feeling back to the candidate with regards to client comments • Negotiating the right package for the client and candidates • Working towards and exceeding targets set • Follow all aspects of recruitment law and use 3rd parties for advise when needed You must have • At least one year proven track record in sales • Be ambitious and self-motivated • Want to progress into desk management Please call Nikki or Emily 01604588300 to arrange an interview
