Job Description

Our busy Construction client require a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team in their Belfast office. Duties include: * Processing emails; * Registering candidates; * Formatting CVs; * Advertising roles; * Co-ordinating timesheet collection; * Completing onsite inductions; * Working in a fast paced environment whereby speed of response is critical; * Ownership of key accounts and managing all aspects of job right through to closing the vacancy (includes (advertising and marketing). Person Specification: * Essential to have a minimum of one year's previous recruitment experience within a busy agency providing temporary and permanent solutions; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to prioritise and work independently; * Driving license and own car essential as you will be required to visit construction sites; If interested in discussing this role further contact Eunice in Haughey Recruitment on (phone number removed).
