Job Description

IMMEDIATE START I have a very exciting Recruitment Coordinator opportunity to work for a publishing company based in Central London. This is an ongoing temporary position. You will sit with the In House Recruiter and assist in ensuring the smooth running of the department. You will be responsible for: Allocating CVs to relevant folders in the recruitment inbox Diary management of interviewers Booking candidates in for interview by email Booking meeting rooms Answering queries Updating candidates Posting jobs on job boards and our website CV mining on job board databases Potentially screening CVs for junior level roles Answering phone calls if requiredThe ideal candidate will have Recruitment Coordinator or Recruitment Administrator experience. Experience within an Marketing firm will be highly desirable but not essential. Only candidate with relevant experience/skill set will be contacted due to the high volume of applicants.
