Job Description

Recruitment Coordinator My client based in Birmingham city centre are recruiting for an exciting 3 month temporary contract. They looking to bring someone on board in January 2020 until around the end of March. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to managers, colleagues and suppliers to coordinate the processes involved in recruitment, on-boarding, contract production and learning events. You work as part of a team to ensure that services are delivered efficiently, making this a great place to work. You will be part of the broader People Services team delivering joined up service delivery, advice and solutions across the organisation in line with strategic objectives. Typical duties and responsibilities will include: You will have a working knowledge of administration, ideally associated with Recruitment, Training and HR processes. You will be highly organised and able to work efficiently, prioritising as required Good level of Microsoft Office skills Some experience of working with HR Information Systems Excellent written skills Accuracy and an eye for detail Experience of organising events Experience of working with a wide range of customers and external providers.
