Recruitment Coordinator On-boarding Specialist Temporary - Circa 6 months Rushden, Northamptonshire Client Details Page Personnel are supporting a leading organisation based in Rushden with the appointment of a temporary Recruitment Coordinator / On-boarding Specialist to join a busy, fast-paced environment. Description As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be working as part of a very busy and fast-paced Recruitment Team, you will support with a wide range of duties including all recruitment administration and on-boarding administration such as: Ensuring all new starter packs are prepared Ensuring all new starter documents are in place including RTW checks and references Support with advertising of roles Support with screening candidates and arranging interviewsProfile Ideal candidates will have a proven background in a similar role. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume environment. Job Offer Up to £12-13ph
