Recruitment Coordinator - The Benefits: - Competitive Salary - Varied benefits after probationary period Recruitment Coordinator – The Company: We are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a well-established care organisation based in Northampton to ensure there are enough staff with the right skills, knowledge and understanding to meet the needs of the business. Recruitment Coordinator – The Role: • Work with the Franchise Owner and Registered Manager to develop and implement a recruitment strategy. • Promote anti-discriminatory practice in recruitment, selection and the implementation of all HR policies and procedures. • Identify advertising opportunities, writing material for adverts and produce other promotional materials for the local press, events, specialist publications and local radio etc. • Be active and visual in the local community, organise career/recruitment shows and regularly post adverts for care assistants and other staff as required by the business. • Build effective working relationships with local recruitment providers and stakeholders e.g. online recruitment channels. • Contribute content to the business microsite and make use of social media to attract suitable candidates. • Monitor and evaluate recruitment campaigns and staff turnover whilst making sure recruitment drives are cost effective. • Arrange interviews and send relevant correspondence. • Liaise with the Training Manager/Supervisor and/or Registered Manager to make sure staff receive appropriate induction training and ongoing support. • Maintain accurate and up to date records relating to HR and recruitment matters. Recruitment Coordinator – The Candidate: You will have previous experience of staff recruitment with the ability to assess skills and behaviors, you will also have knowledge of legal responsibilities and good practice in relation to recruitment and HR as well as proven IT skills. You will have a flexible and compassionate attitude towards work whilst meeting deadlines as well as using confidence to manage business relationships at a senior level, you will also hold a full UK drivers licence due to the nature of the role
