Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator Location: Bournemouth, Dorset Salary: Depending on experience We are an extremely busy Bournemouth based Recruitment Agency who are now looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. If you have experience in recruitment and enjoy being part of a busy, fun and friendly office environment and love administration and customer service this could be the role for you. A background in recruitment would be ideal for this role. Duties and Responsibilities: • Screening candidates on behalf of the consultants – reviewing CVs, finding out requirements, discussing potential vacancy matches • Discussing a wide range of vacancies with the candidates, informing them of the company history, and the position in question, and skill checking their CV and work history • Registering candidates details on our database • Formatting and checking CV’s for grammar and layout • Creating candidate profiles (ditties) and speculative enquiries for candidates and submitting to clients. • Arranging interview times with candidates • Sending interview confirmations to candidates and clients • Prepping candidates for interviews and confirming their attendance – including coaching for competency based interviews • Ringing candidates for interview feedback, sending the feedback to the client and logging on our in-house database • Maintaining the interview tracking spreadsheet • Processing offers of employment • Diarising offer start dates so candidate is confirmed the day before • Getting reference details from candidates and sending out reference forms to be completed. • Resourcing candidates using numerous job boards – Reed, Total Jobs, CV Library, Monster and Jobsite • Answering incoming calls into the office, taking messages and transferring calls accordingly • Assisting the team with any ad-hoc duty as required. Person Specification: You must have the ability to multi-task and deal with a wide range of duties. You should be able to write interesting candidate profiles and pick up on grammatical errors in CV’s – a high level of literacy and attention to detail is needed for this role.
