Your responsibilities will include: - Dealing with CAREGiver enquiries - Scheduling and conducting interviews - Managing advertisements, career fairs and other recruitment strategies - Making hire decisions and maintaining employment records THE IDEAL PERSON We are looking for an individual who is passionate about people and service delivery. An understanding of the care sector is desirable but not mandatory and good communication skills are a must.
