Recruitment Coordinator The Recruitment Coordinator role is ideally suited to someone who is interested in recruiting people. As the face of AJ Community Care, the Recruitment Coordinator will be personable, engaging and well presented. Your overall responsibility will be to recruit new Home Care Support Workers into our existing team, coordinate their induction training and support them in their first weeks of employment. Recruitment Coordinator responsibilities - Placing engaging adverts of job boards - Telephone interviewing applicants - Referencing prior employment - Conduct relevant compliance checks such as police and right to work - Undertake face to face interviews with applicants - Support with coordinating the training of care workers To be considered for the role of Recruitment Coordinator, you will need previous experience in an administrative role and ideally have customer facing experience. The successful Recruitment Coordinator will also be: - Very personable and engaging - Highly organised - Proactive - Positive under pressure - Target driven - Warm, friendly and confident - Smartly presented at all times as the face of AJ Community Care Recruitment Coordinator essential Requirements: - Full UK driving licence and own car - Excellent literacy skills - Computer literate - e.g. Microsoft Office, Outlook, Database use - Able to work outside normal office hours when required - An understanding and/or willingness to develop an understanding of Social Care - High level of personal and professional commitment and self-awareness As our new Recruitment Coordinator, you will be rewarded with an excellent salary, training, continuous professional development, 28 days’ holiday and free parking.
