Recruitment Coordinator - Specsavers Recruitment Services - Launceston Specsavers Recruitment Services play a pivotal role in ensuring the continued growth and success of our UK business by recruiting and engaging new talent into the organisation We are based in Launceston and work with our stores across the UK and Ireland to bring talented people at all levels to join our store from Optometrists and Contact Lens Opticians through to Dispensing Opticians, Dispensing Assistants and Lab Technicians. Our team has grown significantly year on year and we are now looking to add a Recruitment Coordinator to support our team of Recruitment Consultants. The role of Recruitment Coordinator is a busy, fast paced and varied one in which you will play a part in the full cycle of recruitment. Your key day to day duties will include: - Utilising job boards, social media and the Specsavers Recruitment Services database to identify candidates suitable for existing vacancies. - Contacting candidates on the telephone to carry out pre-screen interviews. - Input and code candidate details onto the Specsavers Recruitment Services database. - Ensuring job adverts are accurate and up to date on the Specsavers Recruitment Services job vacancy portal. - Reviewing and formatting CV's to a high standard and producing candidate profiles. - Submitting CV's to live vacancies through the Specsavers Recruitment Services online. system. - Contacting stores to obtain CV feedback. - Organising and coordinating job interviews. - Confirming job placements and making aftercare calls.
