Due to continued expansion, our client now seeks an experienced Recruitment Consultant/coordinator for their Sheffield branch
This division finds graduates seeking a teaching position and places them with schools where they can then secure their teaching qualification - all perm roles.
They are open to a graduate of any background, but the role would particularly suit anyone with a background in event management, recruitment consultancy or sales.
Our client provides a recruitment service to schools, principally through the organisation and hosting of events, where school leaders attend to conduct short interviews with a large number of teachers in one day. This innovative approach has recently led to our client winning the Recruitment Services category at the Education Investor Awards, 2017.
The role of Recruitment Co-Ordinator includes the following;
Liaising with Universities to set up and manage strategic partnerships to recruit their trainee teachers.
Use of social media to contact teachers and promote opportunities.
Attendance of recruitment fairs to promote the brand.
Marketing and selling interview rooms at their recruitment events to schools across the North and the Midlands.
Organising and scheduling of interviews.
Speaking to teachers and schools on the phone to promote the agencies services
This is an exciting and varied role that comes with the opportunity to earn in excess of £10,000 in commission on top of your basic salary in your first year.
The successfull candidate will have the following attributes;
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good telephone manner.
- The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- A natural ability to sell (although training will be given).
- A competitive streak.
- A good sense of humour.
