Job Summary | Recruitment Coordinator Key Objectives To support the recruitment within the business through the efficient management of the recruitment process and supporting the organising and coordinating of the selection interview process. Core Responsibilities * Manage UK recruitment process to ensure that all mailboxes are regularly reviewed and applications are logged and processed within timescales. * To ensure that the recruitment electronic file is reviewed on a regular basis to ensure it is current and applications are removed when relevant. * Arrange telephone and formal interviews, liaising with applicants/recruitment agencies and consulting staff as appropriate. * Collate the feedback from the interviewers and processing accordingly including updating the recruitment records and informing candidates of decision and next steps, if applicable. * Working flexibly assisting the Learning and Development team arranging and assisting with their work load NB: If this company and position appeals to you then please apply your CV on-line.
