Are you an experienced Recruitment Coordinator, looking for your next recruitment contract with a reputable organisation? Responsibilities: * Project manage the recruitment of social workers, both permanent and temporary * Ensure that all resourcing requirements of each team are fully understood * Support and oversee the selection processes for social workers * Work with the advertising team, ensuring certain websites are kept updated * Ensure safe recruitment practices and requirements are undertaken rigorously and efficiently. * Implement creative and evidence based recruitment strategies to retain high calibre social workers Requirements: * Significant experience of project managing successful recruitment campaigns, preferably of Social Workers * Worked in the Social Care background is preferable * Experience of analysing information and making appropriate recommendations * Excellent ICT Skills and an understanding of using social media * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Knowledge * Great numeracy skills * Highly developed written and oral communication skills * Ability to develop and maintain effective and positive relationships * Understanding of marketing principles If this sounds like the ideal job for you, click apply or call Heidi Clark on 01454610000 Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
