OVERVIEW: Recruitment Coordinator We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join an existing team in Birmingham. Working with the HR team, HR systems and processes, you will have experience in and enjoy the administration side of recruitment. You will also be expected to attend Career Fairs, run recruitment assessment days and also travel to other locations with some nights away as part of the role. You will have a full UK driving license and use of your own vehicle. THE ROLE: Recruitment Coordinator Main Duties: * Lead on recruitment events * Plan and deliver assessment centres / volume recruitment events * Support candidate onboarding process * Work with HR team to develop talent acquisition strategies * Work from other locations across the country that will involve nights away (all expenses covered) * Provide a generalist HR service and be the first point of contact for HR enquiries * To provide regular progress reports, highlighting any areas of concern on all relevant aspects of the Recruitment process for the Contract * Act as an ambassador for the organisation at all times * Ensure monthly/yearly targets are achieved ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE: Recruitment Coordinator * Previous experience in a Recruitment administration role * A full UK driving license and use of your own vehicle * A proven track record of achieving sales targets * A proven track record of building excellent working relationships with employers * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Proficient knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office packages SALARY & BENEFITS PACKAGE: Recruitment Coordinator * £25K starting salary * Full travel (45p per mile) and other expenses including accommodation and meal allowances * Genuine career development opportunities with a multinational organisation Please Note: Oakmoor Recruitment receive a high number of applications and are not always able to respond to unsuccessful candidates.
