Job Description

Working for a Cloud based technology company The EMEA Talent Acquisition Team consists of 7 Recruiters, 2 Sourcers and 4 Coordinators. The team is located in Germany, France, The Netherlands and UAE, reporting to the EMEA Talent Acquisition Lead. The team recruits candidates for the whole of EMEA. They recruit both locally as well as remotely. On a day to day basis, candidates are contacted and interviews are scheduled by the Coordinators. The Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for preparing the employment contracts and making sure that the right information on the new hire is sent to departments such as HR and Payroll. In addition, Coordinators arrange relocation for new hires that will move from abroad and book flights and hotels for candidates that need to fly in for interviews. The Coordinators assist the Recruiters in the recruiting activities for the requisitions in EMEA and help to drive the recruitment process forward to ensure that timescales and budgets are met. * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Very good interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail * Very high degree of discretion and confidentiality * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Automated recruitment tools and internet * Multi-tasking * Adaptable to change * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and managers * Experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator is preferred
