Job Description

Staffline is recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to work in Sherburn in Elmet. The rate of pay is £8.96 per hour and the hours of work are: * 8am to 4pm * 9am to 5pm Your time at work As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will assist with the recruitment and selection of workers at this site. Your daily duties will typically involve: * Booking interviews with potential workers * Conducting interviews * Induction training and leading refresher training as and when required * Accurately updating the interview spreadsheet You’ll use a variety of IT systems, and you’ll maintain the accuracy of data in the internal systems while ensuring that all records are kept secure. Among other general tasks, you’ll also manage compliance requirements.
