Job Description

An independent construction and demolition firm are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be working alongside the marketing and communication team to develop a series of projects to inspire and attract the best candidates to join the team. You will be proactive, organised and able to think outside the box. Responsibilities: * Promoting the company’s brand though writing creative and engaging recruitment adverts * Optimising the careers sites, social media sites and channels to establish industry connections * Researching and championing new ideas that will improve candidate and Hiring Manager experience and engagement * Building relationships with potential candidates through networking activities including sourcing on job boards, careers fairs, community engagement events, agency (PSL) engagement and management * Assisting to define and convey our candidate persona, the company brand and employee value proposition * Working alongside the marketing and human resource teams * Assisting with responding to and re-directing any queries Essential Skills and Experience: * Must be degree educated in the relevant field such as Marketing, English, Human Resources and Psychology * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail * Experience using Microsoft Office systems If you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
