Role: Recruitment Coordinator Employment: Permanent, Full time Location: South Croydon Salary: Up to £25,000 Per Annum A key client of ours, a Global Independent Education provider who own in excess of 70 schools globally, are currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join the team based in South Croydon. Reporting into the Business Manager, the Recruitment Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support for the recruitment and safeguarding processes for the business. Main responsibilities as the Recruitment Coordinator: Recruitment Administration: * Process all administration relating to the recruitment cycle including producing new post request forms, leaver/replacement requests and change of employment forms. * Ensure job adverts are placed and have appropriate safeguarding wording * Coordinate the interview process * Support with the onboarding process * Process other administration relating to the recruitment cycle such as, issuing contracts of employment, starter checklist, inductions, risk assessment forms and so forth. SCR Champion (Safeguarding) * Act as "checker" and "verifier" of all recruitment related documentation * Responsible and accountable, to the heads and HRBP (in their monitoring capacity) for ensuring that all relevant documentation is received in full, checked as compliant and filed securely in personnel files Additional Duties: * Assist Heads with any new compliance /safeguarding notifications * Note taker for all HR related meetings * Administration, reporting and monitoring of staff absences including issue of return to work forms, filing in personnel file and advising HRBP where necessary You would ideally have the following: * Recruitment Administration/Coordination background * Strong administration and organisational skills * Confident, articulate and clear communication skills with all levels of employees written and verbal * Numerically and grammatically accurate * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook * Ability to work off your own initiative If you possess demonstrable experience in a similar role and would like to find out more information, please click 'Apply Now'.
