An opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Coordinator to join an award-winning company based outside of Stockport. The company have been established for more than ten years and are rapidly growing due to ongoing success. They are looking for a new addition to work alongside like-minded individuals who are passionate about providing quality customer service. The Stockport office has around one hundred employees operating in the Stockport and High Peak areas. What’s on offer? * £20,000 - £23,000 per annum depending on experience * Monday to Friday – 8:30am until 5:00pm (can discuss alternative hours e.g. 9-5:40/8-4:30) * Company and individual bonus scheme * Additional training in first aid and health care What will you be doing as a Recruitment Coordinator? * Responsible for on-boarding care professionals for the companies growing client basis * Responsible for advertising jobs and monitoring all application responses * Arranging and conducting interviews * Processing relevant paperwork for new recruits * Working towards companies KPI’s * Attending networking groups and running recruitment campaigns * Ensuring all new starts are onboarded and required training is organised What do you need? * Previous experience in a strong customer service role (over the phone & face to face) * Excellent administration and organisational skills * Knowledge or experience of recruitment or human resources * The ability to communicate to a range of individuals such as Care Managers, Carers, the general public and service users who require care assistance * You will need to be available to take the company phone and laptop every 1 in 7 weekends. You can work from home or from the office. The company is currently expanding and has built up a presence in the Hazel Grove, Marple, Buxton, Glossop, Stockport and High Peak area for being forward thinking and giving the best care that is required for its clients.
