Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator *Location: East Midlands (Nottinghamshire) *Salary: Basic up to £19,560 per annum plus 25 days holiday & excellent benefits *Job type: Permanent *Start date: ASAP Are you a high performer, looking for a new challenge? Would you like a role with variety and regular and ongoing contact with a range of stakeholders across the East Midlands. Our client is a key player in the Skills, Welfare to Work and Youth Training arena. ROLE OVERVIEW: The Coordinator role will provide a high level of support to all frontline recruitment staff. You will be responsible for generating new recruitment leads over the phone with educational establishments and other youth sector organisations. This is a key role with the aim to meet recruitment targets whilst creating long lasting relationships with schools/colleges and other key stakeholders. DUTIES: - Communication daily with schools/colleges via phone, email and meetings - Be persuasive when in dialogue with schools and ensure 100% access across each local authority - Manage a case load of schools, colleges and other organisations to maximise events booking opportunities across the region - Develop and explore new relationships with schools and colleges - Manage recruiter's calendars and ensure you have generated enough leads in order for the team to meet recruitment targets - Be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including: head teachers, teachers, receptionists, governors and other stakeholders - Be able to demonstrate working to ambitious KPI's / targets - Maintain accurate records of all schools relationships - Complete any other tasks/projects as directed by their manager CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: - Highly competent multi-tasker with excellent telephone manner - Extremely well organised and has a positive attitude - Excellent negotiating and influencing skills - Able to build excellent relationships with schools and other external organisations - Can use their initiative to maintain and improve robust calendar management systems for a recruitment team - Adaptable to many different situations - Resourceful in their approach - Previous sales / telesales / contact centre experience an advantage but not essential **REFER A FRIEND** If this vacancy is not for your but you know someone who may be interested and suitable, let us know asap.
