PM Group is actively recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator, to join the UK Field Services Operations, based in the UK Head Offices near Birmingham. To help measure output, delivery and personal development there will be Key Performance Indicators applied to this role which will be reviewed on a weekly basis with a target of 85% against the KPI’s to help achieve minimum expectations. Responsibilities * Daily Management and navigation of the internal CRM system * Document management * Sourcing candidates * Candidate management * Arranging Interviews (client and candidates) * Booking arranging client meetings * Management and Maintenance of requirements internally and on job boards * Formatting of CVs * Administration activity * Generation and Maintenance of Hotlists * Lead Generation * Identification of Key client contacts * Information gathering of industry projects and news * Competitor Analysis * Customer Mapping Qualifications & Requirements The ideal candidate will be fully conversant with Microsoft packages including Powerpoint and have experience of working on social media recruitment platforms or similar. You will be a confident communicator and will have strong written and verbal skills.
