Job Description

Highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator required to work within a fun, hard working, highly skilled and professional team, supporting our UK clients with all their recruitment coordination needs. Manage new starters, extensions, leavers, terminations through a defined process and ensure all documents are checked, sent to the right parties and added to the relevant systems. Ensure all documents are tracked online and are signed and approved on time, adhering to compliance guidelines. Manage PO coverage for all resources allowing for invoicing and payment. Data reporting on starters, leavers, rates, time to hire, business area activity. Respond to all contract / resource queries from both client and contractor. Adhoc client project work. Candidates ideally should have come from a Recruitment background although this is not essential. The following is also required: Excellent Microsoft Office ability Great organisation skills Ability to multi-task and deal with pressure Ability to proof read Excellent communication / writing skillsGreat salary and benefits package including parking and private health care.
