Responsibilities will include the following. * General administration utilising the in-house client system and/or recruitment system * Monitoring inboxes * Maintaining systems data and tracking spreadsheets * Arranging interviews with direct and agency supplied candidates * Ensuring a high level of candidate care is provided at all times * Assistance with collating data for Management Information reporting * Ad hoc project work to support the recruitment team Corporate Administration or PA/secretarial experience is essential for this busy organisational role. Recruitment or HR experience is useful but not essential.
