We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join a well-known Social Care company. Around since 1999, this care provider facilitates over 2.7 million hours of support each year to over 3500 people through a network of 22 branches in London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Gloucestershire, Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire; working in partnership with some 40 Local Authorities. Their Milton Keynes branch is currently looking for a new Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. As Recruitment Coordinator your job will be to recruit new care workers to join their front-line work force and to support the operational delivery of care services by effectively managing the recruitment of care worker in and around Milton Keynes. As Milton Keynes is one of their biggest branches, thisis a very exciting opportunity as there is an increasing need to employ more care staff and as the branches designated recruiter your core focus will be finding efficient and creative ways to attract new people to the sector and experienced candidates to join the team. They are ideally looking for someone with recruitment experience to make this challenge inevitably easier. You do not need to necessarily need a care background, but this would be preferable as sector knowledge is key to making a success of this role.
