Job Description

Our client based in West Bromwich are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The role requires effective B2B relationship management, delivery of growth, leadership and innovation, ensuring the agreed standards of performance are exceeded, whilst meeting a range of Client and internal KPIs. Main Duties: * Responsible for the delivery and accuracy of a range of manual data validation and query resolution * Building strong relationships * Providing excellent leadership to help team members to perform to their best by motivating and developing them to achieve high performance. * Supporting the Learning and Development strategy by ensuring training needs are identified and followed through in line with business objectives. * Working with front office to understand areas of focus and potential challenges Key Skills: * Experience of developing and maintaining successful relationships, particular in a B2B environment. * Strong coaching and mentoring skills and an ability to deliver training across the relevant team function/role.
