Job Description

Highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator required to work on client site in Central Reading. Client is an exciting, fast moving telecoms organisation undergoing a significant amount of change. This role is very important to the successful running of a sleek recruitment process and team. Manage new starters, extensions, leavers, terminations through a defined process and ensure all documents are checked and added to the relevant systems. Manage vacancy portal ensuring all new vacancies are added correctly with the necessary approvals. Data reporting on starters, leavers, rates, time to hire, business area activity. Respond to all contract / resource queries from both client and contractor. Adhoc client project work. Meet and greet all candidates for interview and kick start onboarding. Candidates ideally should have come from a Recruitment background although this is not essential. The following is also required: Excellent Microsoft Office ability Great organisation skills Ability to multi-task and deal with pressure Ability to proof read Excellent communication / writing skillsGreat salary and benefits package.
