Recruitment Coordinator Needed in B16 Department:Field Overview:To recruit sub contract partners, from the recruitment data base and other means as needed. Essential:Must have previous recruitment background Working hours: 40 per week (weekend may be included) Key Responsibilities: ·Help ensure network has cover in all trades for all areas within operating hours ·Drive volumes to top performing partners ·Drive work to new partners (settling in period) ·Highlight areas and trades where we are able to cope with larger workload ·Use of recruitment database ·Manage and develop business relationship with partners ·Plan & drive weekend performance ·Liaise with logistics lead roles to agree network requirements ·Ensure partners are on brand, and service levels aren’t derogated ·Utilize quotes and drive to selected partners ·Audit high cancel after allocation ·Audit low average price ·Audit no contacts ·Audit high volume go backs ·Ensure all governing body and insurance documents are valid and up to date ·Act on and feedback when areas have a request to be turned off ·Cold call potential contractors as required Role Specific Key Performance Indicators: Ensure that the following KPI’s are within tolerance: ·Calls made ·New engineers added ·Trade coverage ·Postcode coverage Key Attributes: ·positive, professional manner at all times ·strive to achieve the aims and strategies of the business ·Commercial awareness ·Strong analytical skills ·Excellent people management skills ·Ability to liaise with staff at all levels ·Ability to manage change ·Planning and prioritizing
