Due to continuing growth Hales Home Care Ltd are looking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator/Resourcer to join their newly established branch in Leicester. Hales Home Care require an organised, tenacious individual with a proven background in administration, ideally within a recruitment sales environment, with strong administration and IT skills, excellent customer service experience, an organised manner to be able to handle a demanding workload and multi-task effectively. Duties will include carrying out the entire recruitment process including managing advertising and marketing, registering candidates, ensuring compliance, maintianing correspondence both written and over the telephone and all associated administrative tasks as requried.
