Job Description

My client, a prestigious IT company in Marlow are looking for a Scheduler to join their Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling interviews and coordinating diaries for UK, Ireland and the Nordic region. You must be committed and attention to detail is paramount. This is a temporary position until June (possibly longer) and the duties involved are as follows: • Coordinating and scheduling interviews • Managing busy diaries and scheduling complex interviews • Maintaining relationship management with internal business areas, interviewers, occasionally recruitment agencies and direct and employee referral candidates • Reporting and tracking of candidates within the interview process • Becoming a super-user of the Applicant Tracking System and generating regular reports and analysis to help to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function • Generating candidate contracts and managing general on-boarding • Assisting with ad-hoc project work including agency events, interview training projects and system work • Assisting with reviewing advert response, short listing CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews with prospective candidates when time allows • Juggling calendars and ensuring interviews can take place as quickly as possible • Engaged with the HR Operations Team and plays an active part of the askHR service • Keen to understand other roles within the HR function, i.e. Learning & Development Coordinator, HR Coordinator and provide coverage in times of absence. Preferred Skills and Experience: • Working within a busy people focused administrative role in the past ideally within a recruitment environment • Great attention to detail • Juggling a busy workload and managing to keep calm even when under pressure • Meticulous and hate mistakes • Experience in Outlook • Excel- Analysing and interpreting data in a way that will create efficiencies comes naturally • Building rapport quickly with colleagues and candidates alike The successful candidate must have a driving license and own a car
