Salary: £18k - £24k DOE
The company is a global provider of specialist and niche recruitment services operating across Investment Banking, Investment Management, Engineering, IT, Industry & Commerce and Oil and Gas. You will be joining a team of experienced senior recruitment consultants and delivery consultants who are experts in their chosen markets, in a brand new office based in a city centre location. With offices all over the world and exciting growth plans in place, you will be given the opportunity travel to meet with clients and candidates and you could even be part of opening a new office in a new location.
Currently the business has an immediate need for two delivery consultants to join the team to specialise in either the IT market or the A&F market. As a delivery consultant you would be working on both contract and perm business, supporting busy 360 consultants on placements in the UK and Internationally. You will have roles to work on from day one and would be expected to source candidates for a number of roles and build up a database of candidates. You will also be expected to fully map out the market place including all client sites, teams, hiring managers and influencers. Constantly keeping track of any movements in the market and ensuring all networking and mapping information is recorded on the company’s CRM system. - The successful applicant will have experience of maintaining a database of new talent using head hunting techniques, candidate generation and searching in to any market.
- Experience developing relationships with existing and new clients and candidates.
- Carrying out applicant searches of online job sites and social media.
- Conducting applicant interviews over the telephone and face to face
