Recruitment Delivery Consultant

G2 are currently looking for a Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our team in the Bristol office; the role would be to join a team working between the engineering, IT sectors and help them to find suitable candidates for active roles. £16,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE of £22k - £26k in your first year) LOCATION: Bristol START : Immediately The Company G2 recruitment are part of an award winning recruitment group specialising in the IT, Engineering and Renewable industries, placing contract and permanent staff in every corner of the world. The Role * Building Relationships with Candidates * Advertising vacancies * Sourcing for candidates and matching them with your client needs * Managing job offers * Closing deals Successful applicants will receive extensive training from industry leading professionals, which will consist of both on the job, classroom based lectures, one to one mentoring and seminar presentations. As a resourcer you will be given the responsibility and autonomy to source for candidates within the company. Previous recruitment or sales experience is not necessary as we will ensure that you have all of the skills necessary to be successful here at G2 Recruitment, as well as becoming experts within your industry. The likely timeframe would be to aim to be working in a full recruitment consultants’ role within six months of starting the role.
